We have known Kim Gomberg for a long time. So, I was a little hesitant about using a close friend to sell our home and find us a new one. I knew she would be the right one to help us find the perfect home. She is honest, sincere and not out "just to sell". She treats all her clients as close friends. She wants only the best for her clients and works tirelessly to achieve those goals. After looking on my own for several years, I decided it was time to us a Realtor. Kim was excited for the task at hand and within a few short weeks found us the perfect home. She always gave me her honest opinion. When we found the right home she let me know it and made me act upon it. Without her knowledge, expertise and determination, my dream home would have not been. She got the deal done under varying circumstances.

 Now it was time to sell our house and that I left up to my husband, Scott. He has friends in the real-estate business as well and choosing the right person was important. He met with several Realtors on his own and made his own decision. I wasn't surprised that he chose Kim. He doesn't have a friendship with her, like I do with her. However, they met and he was impressed with her approach and she was hired. She worked hard, just like I know her to do on all her projects. She went the extra mile. Not because it was my house but because that's what she does for all of her clients. She sold our house. We could not have been happier with her work.

 Without her help I would not live in my great home. We are very happy and I'm so appreciative of all she did to make this a possibility. She knew when to give and when to take. She knows what is right for her client and doesn't let them get caught up in the moment, which is easy to do when buying or selling a home. Without having a professional relationship with Kim, I had a hard time recommending her to people. However, after the great experience we had I am happy to recommend her on a professional level to anyone I know looking for a Realtor. She is a breath of fresh air to the market, where most other Realtor do not care about their client’s satisfaction and only has sales in mind. We highly recommend her because we know she will give 100% to each and every client.

Kim was absolutely fantastic!  I had just recently moved to Miami and wanted a really great place to live.  I had A LOT of requirements: it had to be a corner unit, in a relatively new building, close to both downtown and the beach, with a great Bay view, and a low maintenance fee.  And, most of all, it had to allow Jorge, my 12-year old, 75 lb yellow labrador retriever, to live there.  Kim must have called every condominium in the area to find out their weight restricion on dogs.  Unfortunately, there were only a few that would allow such a big dog, and they were not otherwise right for me.  However, Kim had heard about a beautiful building on Brickell Key that was going to be converting to a condo in a few months.  Although it had a 50 lb restriction, she thought we might be able to convince the developer to waive Jorge in given his advanced age and sweet disposition.  She was right, and I recently closed on a great corner unit on a high floor with panoramic views of the Bay.  And, believe it or not, the building even has its own dog park!
